About the role

Moniepoint is a leading financial platform in Africa, serving 20 million businesses and individuals with payment, banking, and business management tools. As a Senior Product Designer, you will create intuitive and accessible financial products, collaborating with teams and mentoring junior designers.

What you'll do

• Develop design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Lead end-to-end design process from research to UI execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Design scalable UI components for our design system.
• Advocate for accessible and inclusive design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of senior product design experience.
• Strong UX and visual design skills.
• Expertise in interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience with mobile and web platforms.
• Knowledge of behavioural psychology.
• Familiarity with UX analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Figma and motion design tools.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
