Overview

NimbleByte Global is recruiting a Senior Technical Consultant / Senior Software Developer for a fully remote position. The role requires an experienced software engineering professional with strong backend architecture expertise, clear technical judgment, and confident verbal communication to engage in technical evaluations and architectural discussions with U.S.-based client teams.

Candidate Requirements & Experience

• Professional Experience: 9+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, with a track record of building and maintaining production-grade systems.
• Core Stacks: Deep professional expertise in at least 2 to 3 backend ecosystems:
• Java / Spring Boot
• C# / .NET
• JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js
• Python / Django
• Ruby on Rails (or comparable backend technologies)
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency (C1+ level) with high verbal confidence for client technical assessments, solution reviews, and architectural deep dives.
• System Design & APIs: In-depth mastery of scalable system design, API contracts, distributed architectures, databases, and microservices integration.
• Cloud & DevOps: Practical familiarity with cloud environments, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD delivery pipelines, and version control.
• Consultative Mindset: Capacity to articulate complex technical trade-offs, defend engineering choices, and align software design with overarching business requirements.
