Storekeeper & Site Inventory Officer

Overview

Nevada Luxury Homes is hiring an organized and meticulous Storekeeper to supervise material warehousing, tools, and technical inventory across its active building and construction sites in Lagos. The role is central to safeguarding project assets, enforcing accurate record-keeping, and ensuring steady supply availability for site engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, catalogue, and securely warehouse building materials, tools, and construction supplies.
• Dispatch inventory strictly against validated requisitions and signed approval slips.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical registers tracking stock intake, issuance, and remaining balances.
• Run routine physical stock counts, reconcile inventory balances, and immediately flag discrepancies or damaged items.
• Work closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Procurement to forecast restocking schedules and eliminate project downtime.
• Enforce site security protocols to safeguard materials against misuse, loss, or theft.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–3 years of verifiable storekeeping experience, preferably within construction or real estate development.
• Core Skills: Sound understanding of building materials, inventory reconciliation, and spreadsheet documentation (Microsoft Excel).
• Personal Attributes: High personal integrity, numerical vigilance, and systematic organizational habits.
