About the role

Moniepoint, a fast-growing financial services platform, seeks a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a recruiter, you'll work closely with hiring managers to find and retain top talent. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process and provide exceptional candidate experiences.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from job intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and identify staffing needs.
• Implement HR initiatives and provide process recommendations.
• Facilitate employee relations and complaint resolution.

Requirements

• Human resources or relevant technical background required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including full life-cycle recruitment.
• Experience as both agency and in-house recruiter.
• Out-of-the-box thinking for sourcing and candidate management.
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
