Technical Support Engineer (TypeScript/React) (PCS942)

About the role

Hire Overseas is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers of an AI app builder successfully build and scale their apps. You will debug production issues, advise on architecture, and fix bugs. This role requires strong TypeScript and React skills and excellent communication.

What you'll do

• Resolve customer app issues, from bugs to architecture and integrations
• Debug production issues using logs, traces, and test cases
• Improve the platform and AI agent to prevent recurring issues
• Automate support workflows to handle high volumes of customers
• Manage platform incidents and communicate with customers
• Keep documentation up to date and write clear guides

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and React background
• Modern web app fundamentals, including HTTP and APIs
• Proven debugging skills using logs and test cases
• Systems and architecture thinking, including scalability and security
• Excellent written communication and customer-facing experience
• Ability to close 50+ tickets a day and work standard Sydney hours
