You will work on editing and delivering videos that meet the agency's high standards, using a combination of editing tools. This is a hands-on role that requires strong editing instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to work across different formats and styles.

What you'll do

• Edit raw footage into polished video deliverables for various formats
• Work from briefs and deliver outputs that match the intended style and tone
• Apply sound judgment on pacing, cuts, and transitions to produce engaging videos
• Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions efficiently
• Add motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects as needed
• Manage project files, raw footage, and finished assets in an organized way

Requirements

• Proven video editing experience with a portfolio of finished work
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong motion graphics and basic animation skills
• Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and video engagement
• Organized and reliable with strong project management habits
• Fast and efficient without sacrificing quality
