About the role

They are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to join their Technical Service Support Unit in Claremont, Western Cape, South Africa. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and provide effective supervision.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular infield reviews with service technicians.
- Interact with external clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform H&S Branch Audits and new product trials.
- Provide internal training and customer education.
- Ensure quality services and installations through QA checks.
Requirements
- Matric certificate required.
- Full NCPC certification needed.
- Registered Pest Control Operator with P-Number.
- FUMIGATION qualification in Silos, Stacks, Containers, ISPM15.
- Experience with Phosphine and Methyl Bromide Gas.
- Strong pest control product knowledge and technical skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Google Suite.
