Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Oyster is a global employment platform that helps companies hire, pay, and care for talent anywhere. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to help run accurate, timely, and controlled accounts payable operations for external vendors. This is a fully remote role that requires you to be based within +3/-3 UTC.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies and vendor queries.
• Process invoices in NetSuite and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Manage AP communications and complete reconciliations.
• Partner with Treasury and Accounting for timely payments.
• Contribute to AP improvement and automation projects.

Requirements

• Three years of professional AP accounting experience.
• Advanced ERP and Google Sheets/Excel experience.
• High-quality execution in high-growth AP environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• AP process-improvement and technology-innovation experience.
