Gramian Consulting Group is a consultancy that helps companies build high-performing teams. They are looking for experienced therapists to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project.

What you'll do

• Create and review acute-care rehabilitation scenarios.
• Assess clinical reasoning and patient safety in outputs.
• Evaluate functional assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Develop gold-standard answers and evaluation rubrics.

Requirements

• Qualification in Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Therapy.
• Active professional license or recognized credential.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant discipline.
• Current or recent practice in acute-care hospital.
• Strong clinical reasoning and written English.

Benefits
