Senior Pathologist (AI Clinical Evaluation)

About the role

Gramian Consulting Group is a consultancy that helps companies build high-performing teams. They are looking for a Senior Pathologist to work on an AI training and evaluation project.

What you'll do

• Develop high-difficulty pathology cases and benchmark tasks.
• Review pathology reports and medical records.
• Identify significant findings and diagnostic risks.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and patient safety.
• Create gold-standard answers and reference solutions.
• Assess pathology interpretations and differential diagnoses.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Pathology.
• Active professional license or board certification.
• 8+ years of pathology experience.
• Strong diagnostic and record review skills.
• Experience with formal diagnostic reports.
• Strong written English skills.

Benefits
