About the role

Gramian Consulting Group is a consultancy that provides IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. They are seeking an experienced Aviation Subject Matter Expert to contribute to a specialized AI training and evaluation project focused on commercial flight operations. You will review and validate AI-generated aviation content to ensure it meets FAA requirements and aviation safety practices.

What you'll do

• Review AI-generated content for instrument approach procedures and cockpit briefings.
• Validate FAA approach charts and terminal procedures.
• Evaluate cockpit phraseology and operational procedures.
• Identify inaccuracies and safety concerns in AI outputs.
• Document findings and provide feedback for improvement.
• Recommend corrections based on FAA guidance.

Requirements

• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• Have experience with FAA Part 135 operations.
• Know FAA approach charts and terminal procedures.
• Understand IFR procedures and instrument approach briefings.
• Can evaluate cockpit briefings against FAA requirements.
• Have strong analytical and technical review skills.
