As a strategic partner, you'll drive people strategy alignment with business priorities, ensuring initiatives are executed with precision and impact. What you'll do

• Partner with leaders to create people plans that drive capability and performance.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions.
• Coach leaders on talent strategy and performance management.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and risks.
• Champion change management and communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR experience, including 2 years in Business Partnership.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions.
• Ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decisions.
