About the role

Hire Overseas is seeking a Construction Accountant to work with a US-based construction management firm that operates across multiple states. The role involves electrical estimation, project administration, and accounting support. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate bids, projects, and financials.

What you'll do

• Take measurements from construction drawings for electrical projects
• Help prepare bid documents and review plans for accuracy
• Track bid results and analyze outcomes
• Provide administrative assistance on active projects
• Maintain organized project files and logs
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
• Enter and maintain job-cost information and financial reports

Requirements

• Experience with electrical estimation and take-offs
• Proficiency in Foundation ERP software
• Background in construction administration or accounting
• Strong Microsoft Excel and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
