About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions partners with US clients, integrating staff into their operations for long-term placements. They seek a Construction Project Coordinator for a US-based construction company, focusing on residential refurbishment and light commercial projects.

What you'll do

• Manage 5-10 projects simultaneously from start to close-out.
• Brief and follow up with Superintendents on site visits.
• Communicate daily with subcontractors, crew leads, and suppliers.
• Coordinate material orders and track deliveries.
• Track budgets, process change orders, and flag risks.
• Update project records in ClickUp daily.

Requirements

• 2+ years' construction project coordination experience.
• Experience with subcontractors, suppliers, or vendors.
• Knowledge of project costs and budgets.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent English skills.
• Comfort with project management software.
