Data Analysis Coordinator, MMS & SQ-LNS (Consultant)

About the role

Evidence Action is a global nonprofit organization seeking a Data Analysis Coordinator to support its maternal and child nutrition programs in Nigeria. You will be part of the Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) team, working closely with program teams and government counterparts to deliver high-impact interventions. Your role will focus on analyzing monitoring data to inform program implementation and improvement.

What you'll do

• Clean and analyze monitoring data for MMS and SQ-LNS programs
• Calculate key indicators and run descriptive analysis
• Produce decision-ready outputs, including review-meeting packs and performance reports
• Build dashboards and visualizations for program and government audiences
• Design and manage digital data collection tools and high-frequency checks
• Maintain data quality and reproducible workflows

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and monitoring
• Strong understanding of data quality and reproducible workflows
• Familiarity with SurveyCTO and data analysis software (e.g., Stata, R)
• Ability to work with large datasets and produce decision-ready outputs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
