• Develop and implement IDinsight's global People Strategy with senior leadership.
• Lead organization-changing initiatives, such as new performance systems or leadership pipelines.
• Manage the Global People Operations team across multiple regions.
• Steward IDinsight's values and culture as it scales.
• Own compensation philosophy, retention, and attrition strategies.
• Lead recruitment pipeline development and employer brand management.

Requirements

• Experience in people operations or HR leadership.
• Strong organizational leadership and strategy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, non-hierarchical environment.
• Experience with workforce planning, org design, and change management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
