About the role

SupportYourApp is a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, operating in 30+ countries and supporting clients in 60 languages. They are seeking a Fulfillment Support Specialist to work remotely in a multicultural and multilingual environment. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Create and verify orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling and reporting.
• Respond to queries on fulfillment operations.
• Track orders and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Handle order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate order information and records.

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (C1 level).
• 1+ year of customer support experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of fulfillment experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and logistics processes.
