Global Payroll Analyst

About the role

Oyster is a global employment platform that helps companies hire, pay, and care for talent worldwide. They are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to optimize global payroll processes and analyze payroll data. This 9-month fixed-term contract role is fully remote and based in EMEA.

What you'll do

• Analyze multi-country payroll data for accurate processing and reporting.
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing and ensure country-level compliance.
• Conduct regular payroll audits and reconcile records.
• Investigate trends and recommend improvements.
• Use payroll systems, HR systems, and data tools to improve reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll analysis or related experience.
• Hands-on multi-country payroll experience.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and producing insights.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with payroll software and accounting concepts.
• High attention to detail and strong control mindset.
