About the role

Access Bank PLC is a leading financial institution in Nigeria, and we're looking for a Head of Lifestyle Management to oversee bespoke services for Private Banking clients. You'll develop strategic partnerships, manage concierge services, and execute client engagement initiatives to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

• Manage client engagement processes to promote loyalty.
• Ensure brand representation meets client expectations and corporate goals.
• Oversee client database and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• First degree in a Business-related field.
• Relevant professional certification.
• 8-10 years' experience in banking.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
