ISTA Personnel Solutions is a South African BPO company that supports U.S.-based companies. They need a Healthcare Compliance Coordinator for a U.S.-based client providing ABA Therapy Services.

What you'll do

• Run daily reports on Rethink platform.
• Follow up with RBTs on session notes.
• Use email templates for communication.
• Identify and escalate technical issues.
• Maintain follow-up records.
• Build relationships with field staff.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ABA practices is advantageous.
• Electronic health record experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Organizational skills for daily follow-ups.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Friendly demeanour.
• Confidentiality and sensitivity.
