About the role
Tetra Maritime, through its SeaLearn Academy, seeks a highly disciplined and experienced individual for a residential role. The successful candidate will serve as Hostel Warden and Drill Sergeant, overseeing hostel management, cadet welfare, discipline, and security. This role requires a strong leader to maintain order and safety among cadets.
What you'll do
- Maintain discipline and enforce Academy rules.
- Conduct daily drills, inspections, and parades.
- Monitor cadet behaviour and welfare.
- Manage hostel operations and ensure a safe environment.
- Supervise cadets during activities and ensure compliance with routines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong report-writing and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 8+ years' experience in a disciplined environment.
