The Online Education Services is a global education company. The Learning Design Team Lead / Learning Strategist oversees a team of Learning Designers to develop and implement quality online learning programs. This role ensures programs meet the company's pedagogical model and quality standards.

• Expertise in online teaching methods.
• Adult learning principles knowledge.
• Tertiary teaching experience.
