About the role

Online Education Services is a global education organisation. They are looking for a Learning Designer to create innovative digital learning experiences that engage learners worldwide. As a Learning Designer, you will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and develop high-quality learning materials.

What you'll do

• Design and develop technology-enabled learning experiences.
• Ensure learning materials meet best practice standards and quality framework.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Create engaging online learning experiences with multimedia elements.
• Author content on the LMS or support the learning technologist team.
• Integrate GenAI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online or blended learning design.
• Strong consultancy and communication skills.
• Proficiency in designing courses for multiple LMSs.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead within a team.
• Knowledge of best practices for online and blended learning design.
• Ability to coach peers and external stakeholders.
