About the role

SPARK Schools is a social impact organisation leading change in education through its network of affordable private schools. They are seeking a Primary School Scholar Supervisor to oversee student activities during lunch, break, and aftercare at their Midrand school. You will play a key role in ensuring student achievement, health, and safety.

What you'll do

• Supervise students during lunch and break.
• Ensure healthy food scheme is enforced.
• Use SPARK's behaviour management strategies.
• Supervise aftercare, including homework and activities.
• Plan enrichment experiences for Monday afternoons.
• Communicate with parents and line managers.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Experience with primary school-aged children.
• Clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Studying towards a B.Ed Degree (preferred).
