MIS Specialist

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a skilled MIS Specialist to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a MIS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational insights and data analysis to improve customer experience and Contact Centre efficiency. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data is available to support staffing decisions and performance monitoring.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze contact centre performance across channels and teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for executive visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate operational data.
• Forecast contact centre demand and determine staffing requirements.
• Provide actionable insights to support coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Contact Centre Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Experience in a high-volume Contact Centre environment.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and operational performance.
• Experience with multiple customer service channels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
