Operations Associate (Hiring or Client Delivery)

About the role

Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency, is seeking an Operations Associate to help grow their AI image service. You will own a specific area, either hiring machine or client delivery operations, and make real calls daily to drive results. This role requires autonomy and decision-making skills.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize one of two areas: hiring machine or client delivery operations
• Make daily calls to drive results and growth
• Identify and resolve issues, and make decisions to improve processes
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Track and report on progress and performance

Requirements

• Ability to make decisions and own them
• Strong written English skills
• Reliable internet connection (at least 30 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up)
• Based in South Africa
• Ability to track working time using a time tracking tool
