Power BI Developer

About the role

Advansys, a solutions provider, is seeking a Power BI Developer to enhance operations and drive business modernization. You'll work with the department manager to establish a performance reporting system. Advansys serves 100+ enterprise customers across 14 countries.

What you'll do

• Establish a continuous performance reporting system.
• Create performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.
• Analyze company performance measurements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop techniques to gather and automate data collection.
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a performance culture.
• Experience converting requirements into BI visuals.
• Strong statistical background and knowledge of Balanced Scorecard.
• Experience with dashboard reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of MS flows, APIs, and conflict resolution.
