About the role

SPARK Schools is a social impact organisation leading change in education through affordable private schools. The Primary School Education Program Lead will drive student achievement and educational excellence across SPARK Schools. This role will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of a future-focused curriculum and assessment model.

What you'll do

• Design and oversee an inclusive curriculum with project-based learning.
• Develop and implement assessment frameworks and strategies.
• Coach school leaders and teachers on curriculum design and pedagogy.
• Analyse academic data to inform strategic planning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with education authorities and regulations.
• Support daily implementation of curriculum plans and assessments in schools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education; Honours or Master's preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in coaching educators and instructional leadership.
• Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, blended learning, and educational technologies.
• Understanding of the South African education context and compliance.
