The role involves coordinating field activities, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring programme targets are achieved.

What you'll do

• Coordinate programme implementation within Kano state
• Translate programme plans into weekly and monthly activities
• Track milestones and identify implementation delays
• Implement user recruitment and activation strategies
• Coordinate field teams and community health workers
• Build relationships with healthcare facilities and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with programme protocols and policies
• Monitor performance and prepare implementation reports

Requirements

• Relevant experience in public health or implementation
• Strong understanding of maternal health and healthcare systems
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and coordination
• Ability to track and report on programme performance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
