This role will cover bulk recruitment strategies to identify top talent. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on meeting hiring goals and building influential candidate relationships.

What you'll do

• Review resumes and job applications daily.
• Assess candidate qualifications and experience.
• Headhunt suitable candidates for positions.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Liaise with candidates and internal teams.
• Manage internal and external relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in bulk recruitment is essential.
• ESL teaching or TEFL experience is preferred.
• Strong interviewing and headhunting skills required.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Solid social media presence and administrative skills.
