They are looking for a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to shape and optimize their global benefits provisions across multiple international markets. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, commercial acumen, and expertise in global benefits design, compliance, and vendor management.

What you'll do

• Monitor global benefits trends and regulatory shifts.
• Manage vendor partnerships and optimize costs.
• Resolve complex international benefits queries and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to problem-solve benefits challenges.
• Build and maintain a global repository of benefits guides and FAQs.
• Train and upskill internal teams on multi-country benefits provisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of global benefits experience.
• Expertise in international benefits design, compliance, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of international fringe benefits tax frameworks.
• Commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI tools and automated workflows.
