What you'll do

• Curate personal journeys for guests across Southern Africa.
• Build knowledge of destinations, properties, and partners.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver experiences.
• Ensure guest preferences and requirements are communicated.
• Manage quotations, reservations, and travel arrangements.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury travel or hospitality.
• Proven itinerary design and management skills.
• Knowledge of Southern Africa's destinations and travel networks.
• Passion for travel and creating meaningful experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and reservation management.
