About the role
Flat6Labs is a leading accelerator and entrepreneurship support program. As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, delivery, and improvement of their programs. You will be responsible for program performance, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
What you'll do
- Lead program planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Manage program staff and coach them to achieve objectives.
- Ensure high-quality support for participating startups.
- Develop and refine program content based on feedback and data.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and produce reports.
- Build relationships with investors, corporates, and ecosystem organisations.
Requirements
- At least 6-9 years of program management experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing external partners.
- Strong understanding of startups and the investment ecosystem.
- Proven budget management and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
