Monaco Solicitors, a UK-based employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead recruitment efforts across their company and Grapple Law, an AI-powered legal platform. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the hiring process, ensuring the right people are brought into the business. What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Run established hiring process consistently
• Track and report recruitment numbers
• Collaborate with CEO on hiring priorities
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Oversee talent acquisition assistants
• Write job adverts and maintain candidate communication
• Improve process, systems, and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years' project management experience
• 1+ year senior project management experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Highly responsible and organized
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Workable and LinkedIn
