M-KOPA is a company that aims to drive digital and financial inclusion across its markets. The organisation is looking for a Stock Controller to join its retail department in Ghana. As a Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in managing stock and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
What you'll do
- Manage stock allocation for sales and track inventory.
- Conduct stock audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Handle customer interactions and resolve product issues.
- Coordinate in-warranty repairs and returns to the warehouse.
- Provide daily reports on stock status.
Requirements
- College diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in stock management or customer care.
- Strong data management skills, especially with Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
