GoTyme ZA is a South African bank on a mission to democratise financial services. The Strategy Associate role is part of the Strategy & Proposition team, driving growth and success in retail banking. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, tackling complex challenges and making a meaningful impact.

What you'll do

• Support commercial initiatives for retail banking growth.
• Develop strategies and product propositions.
• Research competitors and global benchmarks.
• Design and measure data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product development.
• Develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Science, or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, tech, or product management.
• Experience in fintech or digital banking is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to taking responsibility.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
