AI Engineer / AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Pavago is seeking an AI Engineer / AI Automation Specialist to design and build AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and business automations for one of its clients. As a hands-on technical role, you'll combine software development, LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms to create systems that improve business efficiency. You'll work on various projects, including generative AI, AI agents, API integrations, and workflow automation.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI-powered applications and workflows
• Develop AI agents for structured tasks and business processes
• Integrate LLMs with internal systems and third-party platforms
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual work
• Troubleshoot integration issues and improve system reliability
• Evaluate AI output quality and reliability

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development or AI
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI
• Programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and spoken English
