Relationship Officer, UHNI (Private Banking)

About the role

Access Bank PLC is a leading financial institution in Nigeria, and they're looking for a Relationship Officer to join their Private Banking team. As a Relationship Officer, you'll play a key role in growing the bank's Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) customer base. You'll work closely with existing customers and acquire new ones to drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Source and acquire new UHNI clients through referrals and networking.
• Develop call plans and convert prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Monitor and evaluate your portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer relationship and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Retail market.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
