About the role

TORQ Commodities is a global trading and supply chain management company. They need a Coffee Grader – Quality Control to ensure coffee quality across their operations. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct coffee grading, cupping, and sensory evaluation.
• Assess and approve coffee samples and verify origin.
• Coordinate with teams to maintain quality standards.
• Apply origin-specific grading standards.
• Perform moisture analysis and defect analysis.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of coffee grading experience.
• Experience in Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Uganda, or Vietnam.
• Q Arabica and Q Robusta Grader licences.
• Knowledge of SCA/CQI evaluation protocols.
• Experience with cupping lab workflows.
