About the role

Zipline is a global drone delivery service that provides access to essential goods. The Director of Country Operations will lead operational performance and improvement in Rwanda.

What you'll do

• Own and achieve country-level operational targets.
• Drive accountability and performance with site leads.
• Monitor trends and improve service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure consistent execution across the network.
• Collaborate with global teams on quality, safety, and compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving performance and improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-accountability environments.
