About the role

Moniepoint Inc is a financial technology company that provides payment, banking, credit, and business management tools to businesses in Africa. They are seeking an Inventory Support Officer to work in their Repair Centre, ensuring the smooth flow of POS terminals and spare parts through the repair pipeline.

What you'll do

• Receive and verify faulty POS terminals and spare parts.
• Log and track devices and parts in the inventory management system.
• Assign devices to technicians and monitor repair stages.
• Manage QA integration, status updates, and dispatch of repaired devices.
• Conduct daily physical counts and reconcile with inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for spare parts.

Requirements

• OND in a related field.
• 2+ years of inventory operations experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Inventory management system experience.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
