Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities for its real estate portfolio. This full-time, remote role involves strategic sourcing, tendering, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.

What you'll do

• Source and award contracts to licensed contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare, issue, and manage tender documentation for maintenance contracts.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance against contractual terms.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate contract records and performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and cost analysis.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong compliance focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
