About the role
GoTyme ZA, a South African company, is seeking a Growth Strategist (Adoption) to drive customer lifetime value expansion within their ecosystem. You will develop strategies to deepen engagement across various products, including Savings, Shop, Credit, Lending, and Crypto. Your goal will be to identify behaviours that unlock incremental product adoption and move dormant users into active multi-product customers.
What you'll do
- Drive adoption-focused priority streams aligned to Growth OKRs.
- Design and execute structured experiments to deepen engagement.
- Own adoption analytics and measurement strategy.
- Partner with Data & Analytics for actionable insights.
- Direct CLM and in-app amplification execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engagement teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in growth or digital product environments.
- Proven success improving adoption and cross-sell metrics.
- Experience with product expansion and multi-product adoption.
- Strong cross-functional exposure across product and data.
- Proficiency in AI and data analytics.
