Senior Director, People Operations

About the role

Boldr is a global B-Corp that delivers excellent client experiences while creating access to dignified work in communities worldwide. As Senior Director, People Operations, you will be the operational and governance backbone of Boldr's People function, overseeing systems, rewards, and standards across five countries.

What you'll do

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Lead Rippling as HRIS and system of record, designing workflows and service delivery.
• Establish data integrity and reporting discipline for people data.
• Oversee compensation and benefits governance across all geographies.
• Lead sensitive ER cases, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance across all five countries and operating models.

Requirements

• 10+ years in People or HR, with 8+ years leading multi-function or multi-country teams.
• Proven experience building and operating People Operations, Total Rewards, ER, or Compliance.
• High-integrity operator with sound judgment on employee relations, risk, and compliance.
• Systems thinker with a bias for action and tech-savvy to modernize People infrastructure.
• Fair-minded and consistent with a people-first and business-fluent approach.
