About the role

SPARK Schools is a social impact organisation leading change in education through affordable private schools. The Personalised Learning Facilitator role supports student achievement in the foundation phase. You will oversee the Learning Lab and provide academic interventions.

What you'll do

• Create a positive student culture in the Learning Lab.
• Coach students on computer programs and educational software.
• Tutor small groups in literacy and maths skills.
• Create lesson plans and bi-weekly reports.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators on learning plans.
• Use SPARK's culture and behaviour management strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Studying towards a B.Ed. or PGCE.
• Provisional SACE registration.
• Experience with primary school-aged children.
