Manager, Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation- IDG Pilot

About the role

Evidence Action is a global nonprofit organization that scales evidence-backed interventions to improve the lives of millions. They are seeking a Manager, Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation- IDG Pilot to lead the implementation of Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) activities for their Immunization Demand Generation (IDG) pilot in Nigeria. You will work closely with the MLE Strategy team and other stakeholders to design, implement, and report on MLE activities.

What you'll do

• Co-develop and implement the MLE plan for the IDG pilot
• Lead field operations, including training and supervising field teams
• Digitize and program survey tools, and manage data collection
• Ensure data quality, clean and format datasets for analysis
• Write reports and lead learning sessions

Requirements

• Experience in monitoring, learning, and evaluation
• Strong understanding of research ethics and IRB protocols
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g. Stata, SurveyCTO)
• Experience with field operations and team management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
