Vertu Agent is seeking a Senior Business Operator to support its founder in scaling the business. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring independent thinking, problem-solving, and practical AI skills. You'll drive execution, identify challenges, and turn ideas into solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations and improve business processes.
• Coordinate client account priorities and workflows.
• Take ownership of projects from planning to completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced AI tool experience.
• Independent project management.
• Proactive mindset and adaptability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Benefits
